The first session is a FREE consultation consisting of setting benchmarks using SMART goals, setting up the Tri4fitness training app and a FREE introductory nutritional plan.

The Personal Trainer can train you at our exclusive training studio in Trowbridge or train you from home and brings all the equipment needed for an effective training session, for example: mats, weights, kettle bells, core boards, Vipr and resistance bands.
We are also qualified athletics and triathlon coaches, so we could do training outside e.g. Bootcamp, running, swimming and cycling.
A lot of our clients enjoy the private and personal training session at our Tri4fitness training studio and also like the flexibility of us coming to meet them with all the equipment at home as it’s easier to fit into a day to day routine.
We can arrange sessions to a convenient time for you, whether it be 6am in the morning or 9pm in the evening.
The cost of sessions varies depending on whether you have 30 minute or hour sessions. We also do discounts for bulk-booking sessions where you, for example, get discounts on block of 10 sessions.
