Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, lose weight or tone up your body, Tri4Fitness Personal Trainers will be there to help you achieve your goals.
All our Personal Trainers are Reps Level 3 or above registered and will provide 100% professional service.
The first FREE session is a 30 minute body consultation consisting of body alignment, core and balance assessments. We will also set bench marks and we will then mutually agree future goals so you can see your progression. This is finished with a FREE one-to-one taster session with your Personal Trainer.
The Personal Trainer can train you at our exclusive private training studio or brings all the equipment needed for an effective training session, for example: mats, weights, kettle bells, core boards, Vipr and resistance bands. We are also qualified football, athletics and triathlon coaches, so we could do training outside e.g. team session, running, speed & agility sessions and cycling.
A lot of our clients enjoy the private and personal training session at our Tri4fitness training studio and also like the flexibility of us coming to meet them with all the equipment at home as it’s easier to fit into a day to day routine. We can arrange sessions to a convenient time for you, whether it be 6am in the morning or 9pm in the evening.
The cost of sessions varies depending on whether you have 30 minute or hour sessions. We also do discounts for bulk-booking sessions where you, for example, get discounts on block of 10 sessions.
